Supporting healthy Happy Connected Families

Funding will be used to continue a service which supports young children and families in vulnerable situations in Essex. The project will provide tailored support alongside referrals to other specialist providers. The aim is to better equip parents to manage their own behaviour and develop their children's coping strategies improving self-esteem and confidence.
