Connect2 will transform the lives of people living in 79 communities around the UK by reconnecting them across physical barriers - such as roads, rivers or railway lines - that sever them from the places that they want and need to go to. It will produce inspiring physical solutions - bridges, a tunnel, a traffic free path alongside a busy road or road crossing, supported by landscaping and linking paths - creating attractive and welcoming environments for walking and cycling.
