Lobbying register

Consultant lobbying firms and the organisations that pay them, from the statutory register, set beside the ministerial meetings, contracts and donations those organisations have on record.

Under the Transparency of Lobbying Act 2014, consultant lobbyists must register with the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists and declare their clients each quarter. A declaration says a firm was paid to lobby for that organisation; it does not say whom they lobbied or about what. In-house lobbyists are not required to register.
