Connecting for Change

The funding will be used to continue the organisation's Connect services for Islington's residents. The organisation proactively reaches residents in the community through their Connect team who can help with a wide range of issues over the phone by email and via pre-booked face to face appointments. Connect is often the way that vulnerable and isolated individuals are identified. They can then be included in the wider range of wraparound support provided by HOYD.
