Reunite London

The project will support mothers leaving prison, helping them to rebuild relationships with their children, resettle into the community and reduce the risk of re-offending. The group will work with a number of women’s prisons and will provide tailored practical and emotional support three months before they leave prison. The support will focus on working with women on their individual goals and identifying training and education opportunities.
