Developing Scotland?s Disabled Leaders

This project is for Inclusion Scotland to run a pilot project aimed at bringing together a group of disabled leaders to design and deliver a programme of leadership training and mentoring, so that they can use the benefit of their relevant lived experience to help other disabled people embrace their leadership potential. A leadership development assistant will run the project, and participants will also have the opportunity to join policy panels to influence disabled rights at a national level.
