The University have developed to RIBA Stage 2 a brief for the refurbishment of its Reception, Redland and CAWR buildings at Ryton. This is for the occupancy by its Marketing and External Affairs (MEA), Strategy and Planning and Recruitment and Admissions (CURA) professional services teams.
A design team were appointed to Stage 2 only with a remit to develop the brief. This is now concluded and this exercise is for the appointment of the design team to develop from RIBA Stage 2 through to competition of the project.
