Children's Services - Permanency

This programme targets the group of children who become looked after, and subsequently might move to foster care or adoption. The focus is on building capacity and capability at the start of the process to ensure that effective decisions are made, since these decisions early on will have a significant impact on achieving positive outcomes later on.
