Young Londoners Fund

The Youth Outreach Project is a holistic, intensive programme delivered across custody and the community, addressing the needs of young people at risk, involved in and impacted by gangs and serious youth violence. This project addresses the underlying and unmet mental health needs of this group and will provide support to the 'important people' in their lives. It will take a dual approach to addressing both practical issues like housing and employment as well as emotional and mental health issues, delivered in locations where young people find it possible to meaningfully engage.
