Alterations and internal refurbishment work to Troon Concert

Hall and Walker Hall to improve the Concert Hall audio and rigging equipment, feature lighting, balcony sound booth and flooring. Also included is the provision of a new catering kitchen, an improved bar area, relocation of the staff office, provision of a new cloakroom and improvements to the dressing rooms in both the Concert Hall and Walker Hall.

This comprises, but is not limited to all associated downtakings, partitioning, wall linings, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes and decoration, doors, fitted furniture and sanitaryware; associated

M&E installations, and drainage.
