Specialist Building Surveying and Valuation Services for Douglas Mausoleum, Kelton

Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking to engage with the market to identify suitably qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing specialist building surveying and valuation services in relation to Douglas Mausoleum, Kelton, near Castle Douglas.

The mausoleum has recently transferred into the Council's trusteeship following the dis-establishment of the relevant Community Council. The Council now has responsibility for the asset and requires an assessment of its value and condition.
