Sports Equipment Purchasing Programme

Creation of a framework to call off on suppliers to enable the Sport and Leisure service to implement a programme of sports equipment purchase and replacement (wide array of equipment across multiple sub teams) as they come to the end of their lifecycle. This involves variation annually on what equipment is required.
