Auditing and Reporting on Submitted Transport Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments relating to Section 36 Applications

The requirement is for consultancy support to audit, support and draft responses (including recommendations where necessary) for Transport Scotland to issue to Local Authorities and other applicants submitted in support of Section 36 applications, including Transport Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments.

Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 relates to the consent required for the construction of generating stations, including wind farms and other renewable energy developments.
