River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide multi-disciplinary works to a number of River Clyde Homes ‘un-lettable’ properties housing stock residing within Inverclyde.

Circa 70 properties require to be re-furbished to a lettable standard. These properties require significant works not just minor repairs.

The actual scope of the works will vary from property to property but may comprise the following:

Roofing Works; Internal Rot Works; Render; Major Plastering Works; Cavity Extraction; Joist Renewal;

Facias & Soffits Repair; Floorboard Renewal; External Wall Insulation; Joinery Works; Solar PV; Electrical Works
