Evaluation Consultant

Kilmartin Museum requires the services of an Evaluation Consultant to devise an Evaluation Strategy and Framework to evaluate the MGS funded Funding the Future: Unlocking Potential at Kilmartin Museum Project.

The Evaluation Strategy and Framework should:

1. allow Kilmartin Museum to demonstrate its progress in achieving the project aims to MGS and the Board of Trustees

2. assess the effectiveness of the roll out of the Funding Strategy and Action Plan

3. provide check in points throughout the project to assess the effectiveness of overall Training Plan and Individual Training and Mentoring Plans for staff and trustees

4. review the effectiveness of the use of the Fundraising and Training consultant.

The Evaluation Consultant will then implement the strategy and framework.
