The Delivery of Chartered Institute of Housing Qualifications - Levels 4 and 5

South Lanarkshire Council requires staff to undertake the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 and 5 qualifications to strengthen professional knowledge, skills and consistent practice across the service. Achieving a nationally recognised housing qualification supports individual development and progression by evidencing competence, building confidence in applying housing legislation, policy and best practice, and creating clearer pathways into specialist and senior roles.
