Provision of Joinery Services

STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS

Scope of Services

The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive joinery service, including but not limited to:

Reactive Maintenance

· Urgent and non-urgent repairs to doors, windows, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings

· Making safe following damage, failure, or H&S concerns

Planned Maintenance

· Cyclical and preventative joinery works

· Adjustment, repair, or replacement of building elements to maintain operational standards

Minor Works Projects (≤ GBP15,000)

· Alterations to internal layouts (e.g. partitions, doorsets)
