The Welfare Management Service supports individuals access benefits and reduces poverty. The additional income secured for East Ayrshire residents helps lifts households out of poverty and assists the local economy. Additionally, support is provided for legal representation.
A Case Management System (CMS) is required to support staff, improve efficiency, analysis and reporting on data, and management of workloads. The CMS should facilitate effective management of Scottish legislative changes and completion of statutory duties.
