South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a development partner to construct new housing for young people, who were previously looked-after children. The development partner will construct properties in South Lanarkshire and provide on-site support to the young residents to assist their transition to living independently. The provider will be responsible for the cost of construction on South Lanarkshire Council land which will be granted to the contractor under a long-term lease. The Council will be responsible for the cost of 24/7 support.
