Fife Council wishes to appoint an independent chair to ensure that the Child and Adult Support and Protection Committees, which comprise of representatives from the NHS, Police Scotland, the Council and third sector members, to discharge their functions in accordance with national legislation and guidance relating to child and adult support and protection.
