Fife Council has a requirement to print plastic school travel passes which are required to be sent to addresses throughout Fife. The cards require to be printed in 8 differing colours, approximately 11,000 passes to be produced, fixed to a letter and issued to the addresses in August each year. 3,0000 additional cards shall require to be produced to allow the Council to reprint throughout the year. It is currently unknown whether the Contractors shall require to issue these throughout the year or whether this will be carried out internally.
