Identifying the organisations that operate in this space, their current contribution to traditional skills training provision, the role they could play in a traditional heritage skills hub and spoke ecosystem, and the support required.
Identifying any regional cold spots and make recommendations to how these could be addressed through collaborative partnerships within and outwith the Historic Environment sector
Suggesting appropriate governance, quality assurance, management and administrative models required for an effective hub and spoke model
Calculating the amount of capital funding required for set up and revenue funding, and where that funding could be sourced
Identifying the opportunities and risks of taking a hub and spoke approach
