Fife Council requires the use of a fleet of vehicles and drivers in order to provide various services such as waste management, Building Services trades, meals on wheels and pool vehicles. A Vehicle Operator Licence is required to run this fleet and this Licence requires Fife Council to ensure that all drivers are permitted to drive the correct category of vehicles and receive the correct training.
