East Renfrewshire Council is inviting suppliers to express interest in the following possible procurement activity. The Councils Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) will review all expressions of interest and will invite only those that they consider best meet the requirement. This PIN is stage 1 to gather interest and stage 2 will be the issue of a Quick Quote via Public Contracts Scotland. The HSCP require a suitably qualified consultant or agency to deliver a strategic needs assessment and comprehensive high level analysis of key demographic, planning, socioeconomic and health data which will support in the delivery of our strategic vision priorities and measures. The output will be a publishable strategic need assessment, strategic housing needs assessment, market position statement and a full needs assessment for the HSCP.
