The SPS is seeking to procure a managed active-active onward link from the Purchaser’s Primary Data Centre and
Disaster Recovery Sites to the internet of a minimum 1Gbps to each Site with the option to increase up to 10Gbps to each Site in increments. The solution shall include all hardware and software components to provide a dedicated
Internet link with dedicated public IP addresses
SPS are also currently moving one data centre site (Saughton) to a new data centre (SPS property in Fauldhouse,
West Lothian) in FY 2025/26. Therefore, it will be a requirement for the Supplier to provide internet connectivity services to Fauldhouse from early 2026
