Glasgow City Council requires the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the design and supervision of critical safety and infrastructure upgrades within the Clyde Tunnel. The scope of this commission includes the design and oversight of the installation of Variable Messaging Signs (VMS), Public Address Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems, and Radio Re-broadcast systems.
