The subject of this Invitation to Tender is the collection and disposal/re-use/recycling of redundant ICT and audiovisual hardware from Midlothian Council.
Midlothian Council has an establishment of approximately 50,000 pcs, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, servers and network equipment. Each year a proportion of this IT hardware is replaced, and Midlothian Council needs to dispose of end of life equipment in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.
We also expect to extract value from working equipment that is passed to our disposal partner
