This contract will cover the placement of one service user at Catalina House, a residential living facility in Alness, Ross-Shire which is owned and managed by St Philips Care Caledonia Ltd.
The facilities at Catalina House include 28 ensuite bedrooms on ground and first floor levels, lounge areas, a large dining area and a central kitchen. Another kitchen is available for those residents who wish to prepare their own meals. It is also set within extensive landscaped and secure grounds.
St Philips Care Caledonia Limited (Catalonia House) have been determined by social work as the most suitable provider for the service users complex needs and it is anticipated that they will require adult residential care at Catalina House for at least five years.
