Award of 24-FW-002-CO-40 Food Waste Behaviours and Interventions Assessment

We are seeking to address four overarching questions:•What are the target food waste reduction behaviours we should focus on in Scotland?•Which of these should be directed specifically to households and which are activities that systemwide actors need to undertake to support households to use their food efficiently and avoid waste?•Do the interventions identified have the ability to enable these prioritised behaviours and can this be demonstrated through a logic model (or similar)?•What are the most promising types of intervention (and combinations of interventions) that can be deployed across Scotland to reduce food waste from households?
