Renfrewshire Council intends to issue a tender at the beginning of October 2025 for election printing services.
It is anticipated that a multi supplier Framework Agreement will be established with Call-off Contracts being made under the Framework Agreement by Direct Award or through Competitive Order or a hybrid combination of both.
It is anticipated that the value will not exceed 50,000GBP for all Call off Contracts made under the Framework Agreement.
Suppliers who are experienced in election printing for Scottish and Local elections, have the capacity and are interested in this opportunity are invited to complete and return the questionnaire attached to this Prior Information Notice should they wish to do so.
