The SPS require a contract for the delivery of executive coaching to up to 5 Directors (Policy, Organisational Development, Operations Directorate, Finance Directorates).
The Supplier shall have experience of work with clients in a Senior Civil Service position in complex environments including the public sector, hold a coaching qualification and receive regular supervision. Ideally they will be a member of a registered coaching body such as EMCC, AoC or ICF.
The Contract term shall be 12 months with a potential 12 month extesntion
