The Managing Attendance Programmes implemented by Inverclyde Council.
Any traumatic incidents affecting employees.
Complaints or grievances raised under Inverclyde Council’s policies such as Dignity and Respect or Grievance Procedures.
Additionally, Provider(s) will offer Counselling Services to employees facing stress and mental health issues, with the primary aim of maximising attendance at work and preventing absences.
