Audio-Visual (AV) Systems Upgrade.

This tender document invites proposals from qualified audio-visual (AV) suppliers to upgrade the AV systems in the Auditorium, Learning Room 1 (LC1), and Learning Room 2 (LC2) located along our learning corridor. The focus is on non-exhibition systems, aiming to address existing limitations while improving hybrid event capabilities, operational efficiency, staff confidence and overall user experience. Proposals must adhere to the requirements outlined in the additional document and ensure that solutions are cost-effective, modular, upgradable, and simple to use.
