Description

Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) is seeking to appoint a consultant with knowledge of the skills and employability landscape as well as experience and track record of developing HM Treasury Green Book compliant business cases.The appointed consultant will be required to develop the Strategic Outline Case (SOC) and subsequent Outline Business Case (OBC) and Full Business Case (FBC) through to their final approval.
