Provision of temporary Organisational Design Lead.

• Coaching and influencing senior leaders
• Driving Implementation of a performance driven culture across the organisation
• Supporting leaders in designing ways of working, structures and alignment to customer priorities
• Working directly with our Executive Team on a set of strategic OD priorities, facilitating workshops, offering challenge and acting as a critical friend
• Building OD capability across HR function
• Acting as principle OD consultant for the business
• Technical and practical knowledge of employing OD tools
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to quickly build effective working relationship with senior leaders in a fast paced, growth environment
• Lead detailed consultancy work in collaboration with Deputy Directors and their teams to develop organisational designs that can flex and adapt to support rapid headcount growth
• Ensure that the Target Operating Model being undertaken is in line with the Agency’s culture and values and that it is designed in a way that enables the Agency mission, as outlined in Our Charter.
• Engage with senior leaders to understand their needs and translate that into effective organisation design solutions for the future
