RCH requires to procure the services of a suitably experienced and competent company to carry out a ‘Repairs and Investment Works’ feasibility study and cost exercise for 146 mixed tenure properties within the Chapelton area of Port Glasgow.
The study should provide proposals in relation to what improvements the properties may require in order to meet both the Social Housing Net Zero Standard (SHNZ) and the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS).
