This invitation is a call-off mini competition under the Scotland Excel framework agreement for Building Construction Consultancy Framework (Ref: 0920), Lot 12 - Master Planning.Scottish Enterprise wishes to appoint a supplier to undertake a master planning exercise and secure Planning Permission in Principle (PPiP) to support the delivery of the long-term vision with SE acting as Master Developer for the remaining SE owned land at Edinburgh BioQuarter (EBQ).It is anticipated that the contract will start mid-December 2025 for a period of c.18 months or until planning permission in principle is granted and any planning conditions are purified, whichever is the latter. The value of the contract is expected to be in the region of GBP350,000 to GBP450,000 excluding VAT.
