The Cairngorms National Park Authority is seeking to appoint a Consultant to provide construction phase support for a designed river and floodplain restoration project in the upper River Dee catchment. Requirements are:
1. Prepare construction contract documents using NEC4 ECC Option A.
2. Contribute to contractor tender evaluation.
3. Provide Contract Management services for the construction phase.
4. Set out the site to the design specifications in preparation for construction.
5. Supervise construction to ensure that the works are carried out to the design specifications.
6. Conduct post-completion validation topographic survey and production of 'as-built' drawings to sign off the design.
