DLEARN - Provision of parent research as part of the programme of evaluation for the expansion of early learning and childcare

Scottish Government Children and Families Analysis Unit and Early Learning and Childcare Division, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wish to commission a survey of parents and carers of children under the age of 6 in Scotland, and additional qualitative research with a sub-sample of parents and carers. This is as part of a wider programme of evaluation of the expansion of the early learning and childcare (ELC) entitlement to 1,140 hours.
