Description

Tender costs to carry out all civils works on site to accommodate the 20 new chalets to be put on the site. This includes extending the drainage, utilities to service 2 new plots to the rear of the site. Alterations to existing services to accommodate the changes for the other 18 chalet locations. All Landscaping, surfacing, street lighting and repairing and installing new hard standings as necessary.
