This project will maximise the use, capacity, and quality of existing space at ECA’s Lauriston campus.
It will improve and open up building joining points, co-locate cross-disciplinary facilities, raising the visibility of the campus threshold and encouraging greater use of the courtyard.
This project is proposed to be delivered in two phases. This tender exercise is solely relating to the Phase 1 works, Fire Station and Stables works only. The successful contractor appointed to deliver Phase 1 will be invited to a negotiated tender of Phase 2.
The Pre-Construction Services Agreement has been completed for both phases as part of Phase 1.
