The Authority has identified a requirement for external professional services support to prepare a HMT Green Book Compliant business case setting out the options and recommendation on the exit strategy from the current PFI arrangement expiring in October 2026.
The business case should be ready for Authority Board approval by October 2024. In essence this means August 2024 to ensure internal Governance is adhered to prior to board approval.
