-Carry out a detailed Discovery & Readiness exercise through onsite workshops to inform what the wider AVD adoption engagement will look like
-Produce a High-Level AVD Design to meet the requirements
-Implement the initial use cases MVPs:
oAzure Virtual Desktop - MVP Group 1 (NETS up to 800 users) o Azure Virtual Desktop - MVP Group 2 (Disability Users x 4) o MVP Group (3rd Party External Access) o Azure Virtual Desktop - MVP Group 3 (3rd Party Users that cannot use above potential Bastion solution above)
