The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation of new kitchens including wallboard wall finishes, stainless steel splashbacks, slip resistant flooring, new light fittings, ring main replacements, surestop stopcocks, decoration works, and new extract fans throughout Castlemilk, Glasgow.
The Contract will be undertaken over two phases of work during financial years incorporating;
Year 1 (2024-2025 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 52nr properties; and
Year 2 (2025-2026 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 83nr properties.
Subject to successful completion of the two-year programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by a maximum period of three further years through 1 + 1 + 1 twelve-month extensions from the completion date.
