The works will comprise:
a) Dismantling a section of the existing white, decorative, metal fencing and manufacturing a gate from the dismantled fence to reinstate on completion.
b) Create an access into the site and excavate and remove from site all topsoil from the agreed area.
c) Regrade the excavated surface.
d) Construct the Cruyff Court as specified including paths etc.
