East Dunbartonshire Council wishes to establish a public contract (within the meaning of the Procurement Regulations) for the provision of Road Drainage and Water Infrastructure – CCTV, Vactor and Rehabilitation Works throughout the local government area of East Dunbartonshire, under an overarching ranked framework arrangement with a minimum of one (1) and maximum of three (3) Suppliers. The framework scope encompasses a range of works relating to maintaining, unblocking, renewing/rehabilitating, commissioning and camera investigating road drainage assets and water infrastructure including the production of associated survey documentation and, where applicable and without limitation, the provision of People, Plant, Equipment and Materials to carry out Work Orders, if and when required by the Client.
