The delivery of circa 347 domestic legionella risk assessments and 4 commercial legionella risk assessments. The requirement will be to deliver 50 risk assessments per week until the conclusion of the contract. Additionally, there may be a requirement to provide remedial works for items detailed within the costing document. Bidders must be registered with the LCA to be considered for these works.
