The ITT for Internet Services at Crown Estate Scotland, was via a call for competition under “Lot 2 – Enterprise Bundled Services” of the Scottish Governments “Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) SP-21-039”.
Objective of the Tender
To appoint a single internet service provider to deliver internet services to our three locations and any other locations added during the term of the contract. Also to provide the 7 employees in the Glenlivet office an EE sim only mobile contract.
Contract to run for an initial 3-year term from 12 June 2024 to 11 June 2027. Contract could be optionally extended by up to three years via three 1-year extensions, subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and Crown Estate Scotland approvals to enable to contract to potentially run up to 4 June 2030. The extensions will be mutually agreed 6 months prior to the end of the contract on the Terms and Conditions of the Original Contract.
