Perth and Kinross Council were looking for a specialised social care and housing support service for 2 young person’s requiring support and with a diagnosis of a learning disability, autism and/or mental health. They are vulnerable and may present with behaviours of concern which may pose a risk to themselves and others. The project comprises of 2 bedsits with a communal area and staff base/accommodation to enable support to be available on a 24/7 basis if required.
