Description

A property factor is required to manage and maintain several plots within the Granton Waterfront site, a 140 hectare regeneration site on the Firth of Forth in the north west of Edinburgh.Services will include:- Maintenance of Landscaping and Common Grounds- Cleaning of Common Areas and Bin Management- Maintenance of Common Areas, Repairs and Safety Checks- Annual Cyclical and Preventative Checks and Maintenance- Contract Management, Billing and Customer Services- RepairsAdditional Services such as gritting, signage and water course sampling and maintenance are required within the common areas
